Privacy Policy

Welcome to "CubeLV" (hereinafter referred to as "the Application Service"). To ensure that you can use the services and information provided by this Application Service with confidence, we hereby explain our privacy protection policy to safeguard your rights. Please read the following content carefully:

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Scope of Privacy Protection Policy

The content of the privacy protection policy includes how this Application Service handles personally identifiable information collected when you use the Application Service. The privacy protection policy does not apply to related linked application services outside of this Application Service, nor does it apply to personnel not commissioned or involved in the management of this Application Service.

2. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Information

• When you visit this Application Service or use the functional services provided by this Application Service, we will ask you to provide necessary personal information depending on the nature of the service function, and process and use your personal information within the scope of that specific purpose. Without your written consent, this Application Service will not use personal information for other purposes.

• When you use interactive functions such as service mailboxes and questionnaires, this Application Service will retain your provided name, email address, contact information, and usage time.

• During general browsing, the server will automatically record relevant activities, including the IP address of your connected device, usage time, browser used, browsing and click data records, etc., as a reference for improving our Application Service. These records are for internal use only and will never be made public.

• To provide accurate services, we will conduct statistics and analysis on collected questionnaire content. The statistical data or explanatory text of the analysis results, in addition to internal research, will be published as needed, but will not involve specific personal data.

3. Storage and Protection of Your Content

• Content you create in this Application Service — including notes, cards, tasks, files and attachments, AI conversation history, and plugins you create or install together with their settings — is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure, primarily in the Tokyo, Japan region, and data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

• Your content is not visible to other users by default. When you actively create a share link, invite collaborators, or publish content publicly, it becomes visible to the audience you designate.

• By installing or running a plugin (including plugins you create yourself or plugins shared by other users), you consent to that plugin accessing data within the workspace where it operates. Before installing a plugin shared by another user, please evaluate its functionality and data access scope yourself.

• You may delete your content within the application at any time. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and content from our operational systems; residual copies in backups will be purged as backup cycles expire. For account deletion instructions, see: Account Deletion Guide.

4. Data Protection

• The hosts of this Application Service are equipped with firewalls, antivirus systems, and other related information security equipment and necessary security protection measures to protect the Application Service and your personal data with strict protection measures. Only authorized personnel can access your personal data. All related processing personnel have signed confidentiality agreements. Anyone who violates confidentiality obligations will be subject to relevant legal penalties.

• If it is necessary to commission other units to provide services due to business needs, this Application Service will also strictly require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and take necessary inspection procedures to ensure that they will indeed comply.

5. External Links of Application Services

The web pages of this Application Service provide network links to other application services. You can also click to enter other application services through the links provided by this Application Service. However, the linked application services are not subject to the privacy protection policy of this Application Service. You must refer to the privacy protection policy in the linked application service.

6. Policy on Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties

This Application Service will never provide, exchange, rent, or sell any of your personal information to other individuals, groups, private enterprises, or government agencies, except in cases where there is a legal basis or contractual obligation.

The circumstances of the preceding proviso include but are not limited to:

• With your written consent.

• As expressly provided by law.

• To avoid danger to your life, body, freedom, or property.

• In cooperation with government agencies or academic research institutions, based on public interest for statistical or academic research purposes when necessary, and the data has been processed by the provider or collected in a manner that does not identify specific parties.

• When your behavior on the Application Service violates the terms of service or may damage or hinder the rights of the Application Service and other users or cause damage to any person, disclosure of your personal information by the Application Service management unit is necessary for identification, contact, or legal action.

• In the interest of your rights.

• When this Application Service commissions vendors to assist in collecting, processing, or using your personal information, it will fulfill supervisory and management responsibilities over the outsourced vendors or individuals.

7. Third-Party AI Service Providers

The AI features of this Application Service process user input through the following third-party service providers. The AI model you select determines which provider your data is sent to, and your data will be transmitted to each provider's respective servers for processing:

• Anthropic (Claude): AI conversation / reasoning, servers primarily located in the United States

• OpenAI (GPT): AI conversation / text generation, servers primarily located in the United States

• Google (Gemini): AI conversation / multimodal, servers primarily located in the United States

• Moonshot AI (Kimi): AI conversation / coding, international version servers located in Singapore

• DeepSeek: AI conversation / reasoning, servers located in China

• Z.AI (Zhipu GLM): AI conversation / reasoning, international version servers located in Singapore

We have selected each provider's API terms that require the provider not to use your content for model training. You may switch to other providers via the model selector at any time, or select Auto to let the system decide.

Your content is transmitted to the providers above only when you use AI features (including when automated agents you configure process data in your workspace according to your instructions), and solely for the purpose of providing that service.

8. Google User Data and Gmail Integration

This Application Service offers an optional Gmail integration that lets you authorize automated agents to reply to emails on your behalf. This feature is optional; if you do not enable it, this Application Service does not obtain any of your Google user data.

The permissions (OAuth scopes) we request are limited to:

• Basic profile information (the email address of your Google Account): used solely to identify the connected account.

• Send email on your behalf (gmail.send): used solely to send email from your Gmail identity when you do so yourself, or when an automated agent you configured decides to reply according to your instructions.

We do not request, and cannot obtain, any permission to read your Gmail mailbox. This Application Service cannot read, browse, or search any messages in your mailbox.

How inbound mail works: If you want your agents to process incoming mail, you must set up a forwarding rule in Gmail yourself that forwards messages to a dedicated receiving address provided by the system. Messages you forward are stored as items in your workspace, accessible only to you and the agents you authorize. Raw message files are automatically deleted after thirty (30) days. You may remove the Gmail forwarding rule at any time to stop receiving mail, and you may delete stored mail items at any time. When your agent processes message content, that content is transmitted to the AI provider you selected, as described in Section 7.

Sending restrictions: The system only allows replying to existing messages; the recipient is fixed to the original sender, and sending rate limits apply. Agents cannot send new emails to arbitrary recipients in your name.

Protection of credentials: Your Google authorization credentials (tokens) are stored encrypted and used solely to perform the sending function described above. You may disconnect at any time in the application settings, or revoke access via your Google Account security settings. Upon disconnection, we revoke and delete the associated credentials.

Limited Use disclosure: CubeLV's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, with respect to data obtained from Google APIs (including Gmail), we: do not use it for advertising; do not sell it to any third party; do not retain, use, or transfer it to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or machine learning models; and do not allow humans to read it, except (1) with your prior explicit consent; (2) as necessary for security purposes or to investigate abuse; (3) as necessary to comply with applicable law; or (4) in aggregated, de-identified form for internal operations.

AI and machine learning — Google Workspace APIs data: CubeLV does not retain, use, or transfer user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (including the Gmail API) to develop, improve, or train generalized and/or non-personalized AI and/or machine learning models. This applies to all data received from Google Workspace APIs, whether processed transiently or stored.

9. Revision of Privacy Protection Policy

The privacy protection policy of this Application Service will be revised at any time in response to needs, and the revised terms will be published on the Application Service.
